Canadian Markets

Canada has 10 provinces and 3 territories. Each province in Canada has its own legislation when it comes to import and sale of alcoholic beverages. In some provinces, there is a relatively open market and alcoholic beverages can be purchased in supermarkets, etc.

In other areas alcoholic beverages can only be bought in retail stores that are owned by the state or another licensed stores. Of course, throughout Canada, alcoholic beverages are present in restaurants, bars, hotels and clubs that are once again licensed by the state.
